  • 2000  –  Nancy Stevens (AAMP Staff), Elizabethtown, PA, For the first time, this Award was not presented to a present or former officer of an Affiliated Association, but to a 35-year veteran of the AAMP staff whose tireless efforts on behalf of all the affiliates deserve to be recognized. This award recognizes the honorees’ noteworthy dedication & contribution to the AAMP’s 34 Affiliated Organizations. Nan retired in December 2015 after 50 years of service to the association.

The Outstanding Service Award is an honor to be bestowed on affiliated associations, officers, secretaries or leaders by AAMP. In 1995 the board of Directors voted to identify these associations and/or leaders whose dedication and enthusiasm have elevated the association to an outstanding degree. This award will recognize noteworthy state, regional, or provincial associations or remarkable leaders.
